We will respond to email inquiries relating to your 2020 to 2026 vehicles that meets one or more of the following:

• Is under the automobile manufacturer’s original new vehicle limited factory warranty, or are within 1 year of expiration of same.

• Is under the automobile manufacturers "Certified Pre-Owned" used vehicle factory warranty.

• You received a letter from the manufacturer extending the factory warranty on your vehicle (at no charge).

We will not respond to email inquiries relating to the following:

• Financing interest rate and purchase contract dispute issues.

• DMV titling/licensing issues.

• Issues on vehicles sold "AS-IS" (sold without written warranty).

• Issues on vehicles sold with "30-day" warranties, or "50/50" warranties.

• Vehicle’s sold without a manufacturer’s warranty in-place at time of sale.

• Issues involving verbal promises made by car dealership salespeople or managers.

• Disputes involving vehicle repairs made under any "extended warranty" or "service contract" sold by the car dealership.

• Complaints about transactions with independent used car dealerships.
